Frances, Felicia, Fiona: here's a pin for you! Pretty silvertone script initial has five clear rhinestones and a tac pin back. Tac clutch is signed BALLOU REG'D which Maryanne Dolan in her rhinestone jewelry book identifies as the mark of (Ballou) Better Rhinestone Jewelry Co., New York, N.Y. in the 1940s and 1950s. Very good condition. Pin measures 1 1/8 inches high.
