Milk Glass Jar with Blue Floral Design Round jar with lid is 3.75 inches high and measures 2.5 inches across the opening. No maker’s marks other than the number 15 in raised characters on the bottom. Royal blue painted design around the middle, and a beading design above and below the blue patterned band. Lid sits on an inner lip on the rim. Excellent condition. Age unknown, but I estimate it to be mid-twentieth century.

Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Vanity Jar from Set 3805 Fenton made a three-piece vanity set ware no. 3805 in milk glass hobnail from 1955 to 1965. This jar is one of the pieces that came in that set. Sorry, I don’t have the other two pieces. Round jar measures 3.5 inches across the opening by just over 2 inches high (not including lid). Lid has a hobnail finial. Base and lid total height is 4.5 inches. This jar has a little more translucence than I’ve seen in Fenton milk glass pieces. Very good condition with one tiny one-quarter inch line or slash through one of the hobs on the base. It appears to be a manufacturer’s flaw. Jar has no chips or cracks.
