(I confess I can't tell a crane from a stork!) Aluminum coasters measure almost 3 1/4 inches across and have a Japanese-inspired design featuring cranes or storks, mountains in the background, and a lotus in the foreground. No manufacturer's mark or label. Set of 8 coasters is in good condition with a little scratching. All the coasters are a bright silvery color - - the scan made some of them look dark, but they are all bright. Mid-twentieth century.
