This booklet will take you back to the time when young ladies carefully chose the proper hat, gloves, and girdle. Booklet also contains illustrations of popular Simplicity pattern designs of the time, recommended for 4-H sewing projects. Black-and-white booklet measures 7 1/4 by 10 1/2 inches and is in good condition with no marks, tears, or creases - only one very light half-inch spot on an inside page. Although it's more of an overview than an in-depth explanation, it is very enjoyable reading and research.
