One has lace around the edge and hemstitching detail; the other has embroidered grapes on all four corners. The lace-edged one measures 10 1/4 by 10 3/8 inches and is in good condition. The lace is machine-made. The embroidered one measures 10 by 10 1/2 inches and has some darkening along the edges, visible in the scans. Judging by the reverse side, at least part of the grape design is hand-embroidered. Circa mid-twentieth century.
