This charming set dates from the mid-twentieth century. The handwork is visible on the back, and it is beautifully done. Necklace and earrings are made of rosettes fashioned from pearly-white glass seed beads and pink sequins. The sequins have beads in between them, making them stand up like flower petals. The rosettes have white felt backs which are in good shape. Necklace has a snap closure and measures 18 inches. Earrings have screwbacks that are marked JAPAN. Earring rosettes measure 1 inch in diameter, while the necklace rosettes are just slightly larger - about 1 1/8 inches. Set is in very good condition. Please view all pictures.
