Woven ribbon belt has an Art Deco metal buckle with a black finish. Stamped buckle measures just over 2.25 inches high by 2.5 inches wide (when closed). Metal does not attract a magnet. Slight wear to the buckle (see close-up); ribbon belt is in excellent condition. Ribbon does not stretch at all, so the previous owner pinned it (see scan) so it can be adjusted for different waist sizes. Belt measures 35.5 inches and can be adjusted to fit smaller waists. Ribbon is a lovely green pattern against black. No manufacturer's mark or label. Circa 1930s.
