The inside of this vintage handbag is stamped with the manufacturer’s name – Koret – plus the name of this soft material: Koretolope – Made of "Non-Crockable" Suede Calf. Very soft material, feels like fine suede. Interior is lined in dark blue fabric, has an attached coin purse with a zipper, and two wall pockets, one of which contains a mirror. The top has a snap frame within the purse and lining - it opens and snaps shut without an exterior tab. Handle is made of Koretolope material and measures 19 inches, including brass rings. Purse measures 11 inches wide by 7 inches high. Very good condition. Circa 1950.
