Heavy gold-colored metal elephant charm has a hinge under his belly and opens up somewhat like a poison ring so that you can stash a tiny treasure or medication inside him. Elephant has red rhinestone eyes and painted details. His spring does not allow him to stay open; rather he snaps shut. The photo shows me holding him open with one hand while snapping the picture with the other. Elephant measures 1.25 inches across and is in very good condition. Exact age unknown.
