Burgundy and green duck (or short-necked swan) planter has gold detailing. Unglazed bottom with stamped numbers: 9 - 261. Planter measures 4.75 inches high by 6 inches long and is in very good condition. Manufacturer unknown. I have been able to determine that it is definitely not Shawnee pottery. Another dealer has suggested that it may be American Bisque but I am not able to confirm that.
