From Hansen’s Laboratory, New York (1932). Recipes, ads, pictures, and instructions for using Junket powder or tablets. Does anyone else remember Junket rennet custard? I loved it when I was a child. Interesting booklet contains recipes for Cream Junket with Cranberries, Mocha Junket with Chopped Nuts and Whipped Cream, Neapolitan Junket, Raspberry Junket Charlotte, Junket Ice Cream, Junket Sleep Cup, Bo-Peep’s Party Pudding, and more. Back in 1932, Junket came in 6 flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon, Orange, Raspberry and Coffee. I believe I’ve seen Junket in the store recently but not in the same variety of flavors. This book would be perfect for the Junket fan who wants to try some new old ways to prepare it! Fair condition but all pages are present and perfectly readable. 22 pages.
