The style and size are very similar to a Bermuda bag, but this wood handled bag by Morris Moskowitz does not have a buttoned cover. The body of the purse was crocheted from a black strawlike material, perhaps raffia. Interior is lined in a playful train print fabric. One interior wall pocket and a label that reads MM CROCHET STRAW. Wooden handles are hinged and close nicely but there is no fastener (purse really doesn’t need one). Good condition with some wear to the handles and staining on the lining, which has been taken into consideration when setting the price. Purse measures 10.75 inches across the widest part by 10.75 high (including handles).
