Oval porcelain pin features a tan and white dog that reminds me of a Jack Russell terrier but seems to have longer hair. Dog lovers will probably recognize the breed as a kind of wire-haired terrier. (I am a cat person and am not well-educated on dog breeds!) Transfer image has beautiful detail; dog’s face shows his lively personality. He is obviously eager to play. Goldtone setting, safety clasp on the back. Unsigned pin measures just over 1.5 inches high. Very good condition, circa 1970s.
