ANTIQUE HANDMADE DUTCH 800 SILVER BUTTERFLY PENDANT Purchased in Amsterdam, Holland in the Netherlands (Nederlands Dutch) last Spring is this lovely hand made pendant to hang from a necklace chain. It appears to be a mid century or earlier piece, and is 800 silver rather than silver, common for many European pieces. It has a fabulous openworked design of a figural flower and butterfly. Measuring about 1 3/8" by 1 1/4", the detailing is quite fine with hand etched marks on the insect and floral sections. It's marked on the back "800" and "HANDARBEIT" in a little circle. EXCELLENT condition, no damage or repair! Ready to wear, a real treasure!! Handmade European Treasure!

LOVELY LARGE STERLING SILVER VINTAGE LACY LEAF EARRINGS Apprx 1 1/4" tall, clip ons, stamped sterling silver, awesome figural leaf designs, each of the leaves have an ornate raised lacy decoration, rich patina, excellent condition.  

VINTAGE STERLING SILVER FIGURAL GOLF CLUB BROOCH Apprx 3" wide, stamped sterling silver, great detail of a golf club with a golf ball. Circa 1950s-60s, excellent condition.  

RARE PAIR NAPIER STERLING SILVER DECO RETRO FUR CLIPS Measuring about 1 3/4" by 1", these rare signed sterling silver Napier fur clips date to the 1930s or 40s. They're solid sterling silver and have double pronged clips on the back. Three dimensional, the unique design makes them lovely as dress clips as well as for fur. In EXCELLENT condition, they appear to be all original, free of damage or repair. I always thought they'd be great earrings if someone wanted to take the time to amend them.

UNIQUE ARTIST MADE NOUVEAU STERL NECKLACE EARRINGS SET This incredible demi parure is from a New England estate collection. Though I couldn't find an artist signature, this is a wonderful art nouveau inspired solid sterling silver necklace and matching earrings set. It's fairly contemporary, the necklace measuring about 17" long with a 1 3/4" by 1 3/4" center focal drop. The earrings are about 2" by 3/4" each.

The silver is well worked with an ornate floral design. The flowers and design are in an art nouveau flowing style, well crafted and of substantial weight.

In excellent condition, the set would compliment antique and modern jewelry. Free of damage or repair, the set is unusual and would make a fine addition to any collection of handmade and sterling jewelry.  

ANTIQUE PORTUGUESE SILVER FILIGREE IBEX CROWN BROOCH Aprx 1 3/4" by 3/4", lovely unusual handmade silver filigree wire brooch. Probably dates to the 1920s-30s, "C" clasp, unsure of origin and what type of animal is on the front, but I believe it is the symbol for Portugal and is an ibex. It also resembles a gazelle to me.

The brooch pin is superbly styled with the animal in the center and a crown above it with intricate handmade silver filigree tapering to a point on either side.

Nice! Unusual, sold as found, unpolished, excellent vintage condition.

I welcome information on this piece and its symbolism.

Lovely Victorian revival design, circa mid 1900s, awesome signed
vintage piece. Very nice warm patina and
detail, very nice vintage condition. This heart has a little
machine made original pin hole at the top left corner, not sure if
something hung from it originally or not. It is not broken or even
noticeable, but I wanted to mention it for the sake of
thoroughness.
 

VINTAGE STERLING SILVER FLORAL DIAGONAL LINK BRACELET Apprx 12 grams, marked sterling silver, circa 1940s-50s, lovely floral flower link bracelet, 7" long, 6 matching diagonally placed links. Warm unpolished patina, very good vintage condition.  

SUPERB VINTAGE ORNATE CELTIC CARNELIAN PENDANT NECKLACE From a New England estate, this Celtic pendant necklace measures about 2" long by 1 1/4" wide with a signed sterling silver rectangular link chain that is about 20" long. It is a contemporary piece dating back about 2025 years, and the pendant is marked "P c 99".

The pendant has a lovely and detailed openwork Celtic design with a small round cabachon genuine carnelian (cornelian) gemstone in the center. The stone is about 5.5 mm in diameter.

In excellent condition, I am unsure if the pendant is sterling silver or a highly polished pewter, however, the chain is stamped sterling as noted. A lovely piece to compliment any outfit, BOHO Bohemian or conservative, there is no reserve on this high quality piece!

UNUSUAL STERLING SILVER MOON SHOOTING STAR METEOR PIN Apprx 2 1/2" by 1 1/4", about 13 grams, amazing detail, lovely vintage piece, stamped 925 for sterling silver, man in the moon with some sort of shooting astral body like a star or meteor.

Lovely.  

CLASSIC VINTAGE STERLING SILVER RAMS HEAD HOOP EARRINGS Circa 1970s-80s, stamped on the post, sterling silver 925 earrings, substantial weight but not too heavy, very comfortable on the ear. Nearly 1 3/4" diameter, classic rams' heads that meet in the middle. Superb condition.  

LAPIS LAZULI & MALACHITE INLAY STERLING SILVER EARRINGS Apprx 3/8" by a tad ovver 1/2", sterling silver with malachite and lapis lazuli inlay. Well made, contemporary, apprx 20 yrs old, nice condition, though one post is a little bent.  

LOVELY PINK JASPER STERLING TEARDROP PENDANT From a recent estate purchase of many upscale artist made jewelry pieces, this lovely pendant is from "Originals by Zaida" known mostly for their amber jewels. It measures about 1 1/2" by 1 1/8" and is teardrop shaped.

The pendant boasts a cabachon shaped piece of natural genuine jasper or some other sort of mauve or pink colored agate. It is set in a nice sterling silver bezel (unmarked but guaranteed) that has a thin raised beaded design. The original receipt for the piece is included from about 3 yrs ago showing it cost $50 at the time.

Free of damage the stone is flawless, natural and lovely..no chips, nicks, or cracks. However, the bale has come off the top and a competant jeweler should be able to solder on a new one for a minimal price.

I've priced this accordingly.  

VINTAGE 1943 STERLING SILVER ID BRACELET 'CHRISTINE' Apprx 7" long, engraved for "Christine", Dec. '43, very good condition, sold unpolished.  

VINTAGE STERLING SILVER DETAILED ROSE FIGURAL BRACELET This stunning stamped "STERLING" Silver vintage bracelet is about 7 1/4" long and nearly 3/4" wide and comprised of 7 highly detailed figural rosebud links. Each rose is quite nice with a raised realistic and naturalistic relief with a rich patina emphasising its superb art nouveau and deco influenced design.

A mid century piece, circa 1940s or 50s, this delicious bracelet is well made with a substantial weight. It's in excellent condition and is only in need of a clasp...easily remedied with minimal cost.. Otherwise, in near mint condition, it is free of damage or repair and would be a great piece for the flower and florals lover.  

ANTIQUE MINIATURE STERLING EAGLE BROOCH w FISH MARK! This diminutive figural eagle brooch or pin measures 1 1/4" wide by 1/2" high and is a fabulous miniature patriotic piece. I'm unsure of its exact age, but it has an early "C" clasp.

The pin, possibly a late Victorian or earaly Edwardian era piece is a nice casting stamped "STERLING" inside a mark that looks like a fish. Anyone ever seen this mark before?? An incredibly realistically detailed paste piece, the eagle is encrusted with pave set clear faceted rhinestones w/ a pink rhinestone eye.

The pin may be some sort of patriotic or military inspired piece or not... It may even be sweetheart jewelry. Regardless, it is a wonderful piece in good condition. While it is missing some stones and some are a little darkened, I wouldn't change a thing. It has a nice look to it, the stones taking on a marcasite look.
