ELEGANT Cut Crystal Powder Jar Trinket Box NR
Purchased this year on the streets of Paris comes this lovely cut crystal round vanity piece that can be used for pwder or trinkets. It measures about 4 7/8" in diameter and is -nearly 2" tall. I'm unsure of its exact date or origin, but the lovely cut design looks like it is art deco period. The jar has a starburst or sunburst type design in the top and bottom with splendid cutting on the sides and top that match. It is in excellent condition with the desired wear on the bottom to show it was a well loved piece that is NOT a reproduction. A superb example of European or French glass, this is offered for less than my price while in France. I couldn't find a maker's mark on it, but it is as nice as many signed pieces.

RARE Nouveau Limoges Vanity Tinket Box w Tray
Direct from my own collection, exclusively to the internet comes this wonderful antique Limoges set. Each piece measuring approximately 4 1/4" across, this authentic art nouveau treasure dates back quite a few years...it is NOT A REPRODUCTION!. I'm not sure, but they were probably made to go on a vanity or dresser...perhaps even as part of a larger vanity set. There's a lovely long oval trinket box or dish and a curvey matching pin tray both made by this most desireable French company. Both pieces are a rich creamy porcelain with the inside of the box a swirly almost pyschedelic lustre ware type finish. It was difficult to catch the purples and other iridescent colors, but they are there and are a nice touch. The two pieces are just screaming of the Art Nouveau period with a total of four hand painted pastel butterflies on them.
The back of the little tray is marked with the Limoges mark as well as the artist's signature. They are as follows"SEYNE" "LIMOGES FRANCE" "E.Glade" The oval piece is marked as follows"D. & C.", "FRANCE". This unique period piece is in excellent condition and without damage or repair. I seldom see such appealing artist signed Limoges...especially authentic Nouveau period items. Perfect to go with your Alfonse Mucha artwork, this is a vanity set sure to appeal to the pickiest of collectors!

Brilliant Green Cut Crystal Victorian Powder
Just in from a local estate collection exclusively to the internet comes this rare cut crystal glass powder jar. Dating back to the late 1800s to early 1900s, this highly collectible vanity accessory measures approximately 4 1/2" in diameter at its widest point.
This unique piece is made of beautiful transluscent green cut glass. I am not sure of its origin, but it could very well be European as it came out of a collection of all kinds of very old Italian and French items.
The lovely heavily cut crystal treasure is made of two pieces which fit togehter without the need for a hinge. It's got a wonderful brilliant period pattern done on boith pieces, unusual for it to be so intricately cut even on the bottom.
In excellent condition, the powder jar is intact and ready to use or display on your dresser or vanity!.... All original, the piece is in better than expected condition with only minor wear on its bottom and a few little chigger bites on its rim. I only mention this for the sake of being thorough; it is in no way distracting or in need of repair or attention. Surely a welcomed addition to the most advanced of collections, why not add this one to YOURS today?
Size: 4 1/2" in diameter at its widest point

PR STERLING CRYSTAL VANITY DRESSER VICTORIAN ROUGE POTS
Straight from my personal collection exclusively to the internet comes this matching pair of silver topped dresser jars. Dating back to the late 1800s to early 1900s, this rare set measures approximately 2" in diameter by 2" high.
Uniquely designed, the bottles each have a crystal base which is round, but also octagonal. Each has a lovely matching silver top, one is a screw top, the other just sits on the base. I believe the screw top was for rouge or cream, the other maybe for powder? The tops are both marked "STERLING" in the center.
The set is in very good condition. The crystal shows a little of its age on the bottome, but is impeccable and unchipped otherwise. The lids have a couple of dings on them, though nothing that detracts from their beauty or requires repair or restoration. Surely a welcomed addition to the most advanced of collections, why not add this one to yours today?

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN 10K GOLD RETRACTABLE TOOTHPICK
Marked "M.T. & Co" 10K yellow gold Victorian or Edwardian late 1800s, early 1900s retractable toothpick. Apprx 5.5 grams and about 2 1/4" long. Has been engraved with tiny initials "HY".
Very nice condition, though at the end, there is no loop...not sure if it originally had one or not. There is a little hole at the end so it may be missing the original loop from which to hang from a chain.
Shaft turns and a toothpick comes out! Charming.
Overall very good vintage condition with no apparent damage or repair.
