OLD ANTIQUE CARVED IVORY GERMAN? ANDEKEN BROOCH This is a very cool late 19th century to early 20th century souvenir brooch from somewhere in Europe. Probably Germany, I believe, as the word "ANDENKEN" is most likely German.

It is heavily carved and appears to be ivory...I may be wrong and it's bone...either way, it is skillfully carved and very old. It is a carved flower, a rose, I think, and it has lovely openwork that looks like lace or filigree.

The brooch is in fair condition,due to some damage to the end of the word. It still wears nicely, and it is all original with brass findings and an old "C" clasp. I've reduced the price to account for its damage, but it is still a fine piece of Victoriana.

LOVELY VINTAGE CARVED IVORY ROSES FILIGREE GF BROOCH Lovely vintage mid century gold filled filligree oval brooch with hand carved ivory roses set around it. Measures approximately 1 3/4" wide by 1 1/4" high, unmarked, looks gold filled or vermeill (gold over silver); exquisite detail, excellent condition! All original, free of damage or repair, functional safety clasp, lovely rose motif, perfect for lovers of floral jewelry and flowers in general. A nice find for a collector or wearer of fine vintage comtume jewels!
 

UNUSUAL CABACHON CHERRY AMBER? BEAD TRIBAL NECKLACE These are about 30" long with a center hanging section of about 1 3/4" long. I am honestly unsure if these are actual cherry amber, bakelite, or another resinous material.

I do know I have had them in my personal collection for nearly 20 years. They are strung on a base metal elongated link necklace. There are 7 barrell shaped smooth cherry amber colored beads, each with hand made metal end caps. the beads are about 5/8" long each.

The necklace is in good vintage condition with minimal wear. One of the beads has an insignificant hairline which cannot be seen very well at all...in fact I only mention it to be thorough, but unless you are looking for it, it's unnoticeable.

A very cool piece! If I recall correctly, I paid close to $75 for this at an antique show back in the 1980s.
 

VINTAGE GOLD FILLED CARVED AMBER FIGURAL ROSE BROOCH Apprx 2" by 1 1/2", circa 1950s, stamped yellow gold filled, appears to be a genuine piece of carved amber in the shape of a lovely single rose. I am not 100% sure, but it certainly feels and smells like amber. Also, along the backside the edge of the flower has very slight wear that has the qualities of amber. It could perhaps be a carved bakelite or lucite simulated amber, but regardless it is lovely.

Very good vintage condition.
 

MINIATURE CARVED FIGURAL WALRUS IVORY CHARM PENDANT This wonderful charm is a miniature figural, hand carved of a walrus of ivory, possibly true walrus ivory. Measuring about 3/4" by 5/8", the aged solid piece is flat on the back and detailed on the front. His nose, eyes, and feet have hand painted accents.

At one time, the walrus were actively hunted by Inuit Eskimos, but demand for carved ivory from their tusks has lessened in the last few decades, and hunting is now less intense.

This walrus shows nice details complete with tusk and facial details. It's smooth and shiny and has a loop at the top to hang from a chain or charm bracelet. In excellent condition, it's free from damage or repair and is a fine diminutive sculpture.
 

LOVELY VINTAGE VICTORIAN MOTHER of PEARL BROOCH Superb late Victorian or Edwardian brass and mother of pearl brooch. Measures about 1 3/4" by 1 3/8" and is oval with a twisted brass border encircling a convex iridescent piece of genuine natural shell. ZLots of fancy prongs in a gypsy mounting with a solid brass backing. Excellent condition with lots of patina on the metal, a professionally replaced safety clasp on the back. Free of damage or repair, ready to wear! Splendid!
 

UNUSUAL VINTAGE SILVER GENUINE AMBER DROP EARRINGS Clip on earrings, purchased in Europe, backs marked 835, gold wash over silver, genuine amber carved drops, apprx 2 3/8" long, very pretty, circa early to mid 1900s, look great on! Very good condition with minimal wear.
 

ANTIQUE ORNATE CARVED BONE TOOTHPICK PENDANT Apprx 2 3/4" long, ornately carved design, possibly an antique toothpick, would be a stunning and unusual, very unique pendant, natural bone, wonderful aged patina, superb vintage condition.
 

VINTAGE CARVED BONE MASK MOTIF TRIBLE RING Apprx size 6, appears to be bone, Mexican tribal mask type carving, circa 1950s-60s, bone has darkeneed with age. Very good cindition, nice carving.
 

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CARVED BONE FIGURAL ELEPHANT COMPASS CHARM FOB From my own collection, a diminutive miniature hand carved real bone antique late 1800s-early 1900s functional compass watch fob charm nearly 3/4" wide and a tad over 1/2" high. It has a lovely aged patina and is in excellent vintage condition. Only one I've ever seen!
 

LOVELY ESTATE VINTAGE AFRICAN BONE HINGED BANGLE BRACELET This is from a friend's estate and dates to the 1960s or 70s. The hinged bangle bracelet is about 1 1/4" wide, and nearly 2 1/2" in diameter. It's about 6 3/4" in circumference and fits a small to medium woman's wrist.

The bracelet is made of segments of natural bone which has a lovely yellowed patina. It has very nice brass detail and the interior is entirely brass.

The clasp is a pin type clasp and opens and closes easily. Very nice vintage condition, the bracelet is well made and ready to wear and enjoy!

LOVELY RICH MARBELIZED JADE JADEITE BANGLE BRACELET Apprx 2 1/2" interior diameter, donut shape bracelet, appears to be natural stone, a marbelized look, jade or jadeite. Fits an average or medium wrist.

Looks like it is in very good vintage condition, though it does have a crack which is very hard to see. It is still wearable and is being sold as is as found.
