PRISTINE BLACK FELT w RHINESTONES CORALIE FLAPPER HAT CLOCHE From a private collection, PRISTINE in every way! I was told this was from the 1930s and from a friend of the original owner...I feel it may be a 1940s or 50s flapper style. That said, it is THE most perfect and pristine example I have ever owned. It has a STYLED BY Coralie tag and is black felt with a brushed felt finish. The edge of the rim is lined with riveted rhinestones, each one hand set and faceted, all brilliant and sparkling! It is snug on my head but fits; I wear about a size 7 1/4. The outer rim is approximately 11" in diameter and this is a wearable and displayable and VERY collectible piece!

ANTIQUE VICTORIAN EDWARDIAN WOODEN HATBRUSH Fabulous Victorian or Edwardian era top hat hatbrush in a natural wood with lovely woodgrain, a graceful curve and excellent bristles, possibly horsehair or boar. LOVELY patina, gentle use, a WONDERFUL addition to any collection of vanity or grooming accessories! Possibly English, unsure.
 

RARE VINTAGE WIDEBRIM RED STRAW ORIG CHAPEAUX by LOUISE Measuring about 15 1/4" from front to back and 14.5" from side to side, this superb WW2 era widebrim red straw hat boasts a 5" brim and a small crown meant to be perched atop of the crown of the wearer's head. The inside diameter of the crown is about 16".

Authentic in every way, this rare 1930s-40s tightly woven hat has a tag marked "Original Chapeaux by Louise" as well as a small fabric tag with the number "22" on it. It also has a thin elastic band still intact to secure it to the head....though it appears original and is a bit stretched out as would be expected. It has a peach colored grossgrain band tat ties in a bow at the b ack. Some remnants of black lace tulle still remain under the ribbon.

In excellent condition, the hat is slightly faded from the years, but it still is awesome for wear or display. Original and very collectible, this fine treasure has never been offered online before. Don't miss a chance at a great widebrim for much less than its retail value!
 

VINTAGE MEXICAN HAND TOOLED RUSTIC LEATHER PURSE FLOWERS HORSE Very unusual purse or bag, from my private collection, all hand tooled genuine leather, circa 1960s-70s, made in Mexico and stamped as such, approx. 11" by 8".

Amazing handmade hand tooled craftsmanship, hand painted too. Rose flower 3 dimensional design on the front, even sides are tooled. On the back is a horse and a rustic scene of a house and a desert like background.

Front flap opens up to reveal a suede fitted interior, zipper compartments, nice and spacious.

Long sturdy strap about 30" long total, hangs down about 15".

Good vintage condition, used not abused, no damage or repair, very nice.
 

VINTAGE WIDE BRIM HAT NATURAL STRAW w BLACK RIBBON Wonderful wide brim hat from my own collection, fits a small to medium woman's head, brim is about 18" across total and 5" around from the crown section. VINTAGE SALESMAN SAMPLE MINIATURE FELT FEATHERED HAT I used to collect miniature salesmen's sample hats and this is from my own collection. Small felt fedora about 2 1/2" diameter, beige or taupe felt with a rust feather, quite cool. I have displayed it in a smoke free environment in a glass case.

Dates to the early to mid 1900s, either Knox or Dobbs more than likely, no box, good vintage condition, feathers are a bit loose but I am selling it as found. Collectible and a nice display. I have a straw miniature hat from this collection also offered right now in item #7989
 

VINTAGE WHITE WIDEBRIM STRAW w LACE ORIG by FLO-RAYE Superb widebrim 1940s or 50s hat. White tightly woven straw with a nice criss cross lattice type straw design on the brim. About 15.5 to 16" in diameter, the hat is a designer piece with a tag that says "Originals by Louise". The brim is about 5.5" wide at the front and tapers in towards the back. The inside circumference of the crown is about 21", amply sized for a medium sized woman's head.

A lacy off white tulle material is attached beautifully to the top of the hat, the lace having little faceted rhinestones attached all over it. Stunning and subtle all at the same time!

In excellent condition, the hat is free from damage or repair, and other than some minimal dust from being displayed, it is about as perfect as you can ask for. Sure to be the prize of any collectiion, this has never before been offered for sale online or anywhere in over twenty years!

This black straw widebrim hat measures about 14 3/4" across and dates to the 1940s or so. It has a fine weave and ecru embroidered openwork dots sewn onto it with a thin black velvet ribbon around the crown. It's in great condition, very good to excellent. Original, no damage or repair. Must be seen to be truly appreciated. A hat in this condition would have sold for $75 to $100 or more in my shop over a decade ago!

SWEET CHILD'S ANTIQUE NATURAL STRAW HAT FRUIT HATBAND! This adorable child's hat (or good for a large antique doll) is a natrual woven straw and has a yellow grossgrain band with a miniature fruit cluster or bananas and peaches on one side. It dates to the 1940s or 50s and has a tag inside that is amrked "20 1/2 MSC". It measures about 10" from front to back and 9" side to side. The inside opening is about 7" front to back and 5 1/4" side to side. This would be awesome with your little girl's Easter dress!

The hat has a wonderful turned up brim that is bordered with a thin ribbon to match the band. The brim is wider towards the front and tapers to a thinner brom on the sides and to the back.

In excellent condition, this authentic vintage hat is free from damage or repair and is simply adorable! Sure to be a valued addition to any wardrobe or antique hat collection!

UNUSUAL 50s WIDE BRIM WOVEN HAT w FLOWERS Very unusual straw like cloth hat in a shiny pink-ish mauve like color with dried flowers and leaves around the crown, fits small to medium sized heads, measures about 15" across, could use some blocking but overall in good vintage condition to wear or collect. Wonderful flower pattern in cloth on the underside of the brim.
 

STUNNING 40s VINTAGE RED WIDEBRIM DESIGNER HAT by MUSES
From my own collection comes this high couture designer widebrim hat from originally from MUSES of Atlanta. It's a striking tomato red color with a red velvet ribbon band. Dating from the late 1940s to 1950s, the oval hat has a wide brim that tapers to a narrow brim as it wraps around to the back of the head.

The hat is about 17" side to side and 14" front to back. The brim is 5 3/4" on the sides and 4 1/2" on the front. The hat fits high on the crown of the head with an inside diameter of about 18".

Other than needing a little shaping from being stored, the hat is in EXCELLENT condition, no damage, no repair, near perfect. I've never had a hat quite like this one. The red straw was originally a little darker, as can be seen if you look under the fold on the brim, but it has a terrific designer style and is a superb piece to wear and display!

 

VINTAGE 50s PINK STRAW HAT w HUGE PINK FLOWERS Designer hat made by Franklin Simon, circa 1950s, 60s, pale pink with bright pink flowers, looks like an old bride's maid hat, very nice, approx 13.5" across with a wider brim at the front. From my persona l collection, good vintage condition. Fits a small to smallish-medium woman's head.
 

VINTAGE 40s RED STRAW WIDEBRIM DESIGNER ALICE MAY HAT!! Another rarity from my own collection, this authentic 1940s era designer hat has a designer tag by "Alice May Fifth Ave New York". It is about 13 3/4" from front to back and 13 1/2" from side to side. The brim is 5" wide at the front and tapers, narrowing towards the back to about 2".

The hat is meant to be worn at the crown of the head with a thin elastic band to hold it secure to your head. The circumference of the inside is about 21".

In great condition, the straw is perfect with no damage or repair. The straw is, however, faded, the original red color showing on the underside. Still, it is awesome. it has a pale velvet ribbon hatband tied into a bow at the back, also faded from the years. Full of character and charm., this designer New York hat was a pricey accessory in its time and would be to great to wear and display!

This PINK Straw widebrim hat measures about 16" across. It has an fine weave and a pink velvet ribbon band. The straw is in great condition with no damage or repair, and the band has no soiling from age. Around the top is lacy tulle material in a pastel pink and along the underside of the brim are velvet flowers. Other than needing to be blocked and shaped and spruced up a bit, it is in remarkably well preserved condition. A sweet piece indeed! NO Reserve...a hat like this one would have sold for $75 or more in my shop over a decade ago!

 

RARE AUDREY HEPBURN STYLE VINTAGE WIDEBRIM HAT w SCARF! VERY UNSUAL and RARE! Natural woven straw widebrim hat with attached peach or pale pink cotton attached scarf that gives it a definitive Audrey hepburn appeal! Dating to the 1940s or 50s, the hat is about 15" in diameter with a 4.5" wide brim. The inside circumference is about 19" around with a tag that says "adjustable" on it. It is made to fit high on the crown of the head and would fit a small to medium woman's head.

The hat has a lovely woven design with a matching cotton band the same color as the scarf. it is in EXCELLENT condition, no damage, no repair, even the scarf is in pretty clean condition, though it has some minimal soiling from storage...nothing detracting or devaluing. A really cool and wonderful hat!
