SECOND ONE! Fun miniature art deco flapper era figure. Circa 1920s-30s. Frozen legs, marked indented into her back. Painted hair bob, red dot lips, eyes and eyebrows, jointed arms held with wire. Soiled but no damage, chips, etc. A nice collectible, good condition! Is this a Frozen Charlotte? If so, it's a delightful lower cost version, bisque porcelain, and so charming!
