Cool old writing pen. Blue and gold bakelite or other early plastic. I really know very little about these...may be a Shaeffer? Not sure. 14K yellow gold tip or nib. Rattles, so the insides may be in need of attention. I am selling this AS FOUND. Great to display or rebuild!
