Hand made, looks late 1800s to early 1900s. Nice collar, velvet buttons, missing bottom button. Small shoulderpads. Very small. Great for display or to sell in vintage clothing store. No damage or repair except for minimal tears under collar...unnoticeable and non detracting. Must see! About a 25" waist. Probably eqivalent to a size 2-4. Ask me about some awesome petticoats from the same estate!
