Unmarked but looks Italian to me. Coral colored stones, probably glass, measures about 2 1/8" long by about 3/4" wide. Ornate grape clusters and leaves on all sides. Hinged spring loaded mirror opens when you pull out the center lipstick holder. Very cool piece, no damage or repair!
