This incredible demi parure is from a New England estate collection. Though I couldn't find an artist signature, this is a wonderful art nouveau inspired solid sterling silver necklace and matching earrings set. It's fairly contemporary, the necklace measuring about 17" long with a 1 3/4" by 1 3/4" center focal drop. The earrings are about 2" by 3/4" each.
The silver is well worked with an ornate floral design. The flowers and design are in an art nouveau flowing style, well crafted and of substantial weight.
In excellent condition, the set would compliment antique and modern jewelry. Free of damage or repair, the set is unusual and would make a fine addition to any collection of handmade and sterling jewelry. |
