Apprx size 7 1/2, stamped SIAM, though I cannot read the carat mark, it is at least 9 or 10K, possibly 14K.

Beautiful openwork setting, circa mid 1900s, hand set round faceted sapphires, top is about 3/4" diameter, and sits up high in a dome shape. About 26 little sapphires and a bigger one in the center.

Ring would be perfect except that it is missing one small sapphire. Easily replaced, though it is nearly impossible to see where it is missing without close scrutiny.
