Extra special, from the heirs of the original owner. Cameo frame is hand etched or chased, and it is stamped 14K gold. It has a slight rose tint to the gold. Cameo dates to the late 1800s to early 1900s Edwardian era.
Cameo is hand carved from angel skin coral and is exquisite. Mounting measures about 1.5" by 1". Cameo is in amazing 3 dimensional relief and is of a small child or cherub or putti.
This is by far one of the prettiest cameos I have ever had in my possession. It's authentic, antique, and absolutely pristine and original.
