Lovely antique bangle bracelet, circa 1930s-50s. Measures approximately 2 5/8" by 2 1/2" interior diameter. It is about 13.2mm wide, 5.5mm thick. It would fit a small to medium woman's wrist quite nicely.<br>
Very nice engraving, hand done floral design, Victorian and Art Nouveau inspired, art deco era. Bangle is in very good condition, with gentle wear and minimal dings on backside. No damage or repair, opens easily and secures nicely.
Had some engraving at one time, very faint now...looks as if it said "GDH to RSH Dec. 5 1955" Barely readable and easily buffed if desired...had to use a loop to read. While it is dated in the 1950s, this appears to be a design that was produced before that date as well as after. NO RESERVE. LOW opening bid. Retail value $75. |
