Straight out of a local estate collection of fine and costume jewels comes this whimsical hound dog brooch! He (or she) measures about 1 3/8" long and I am unsure of its exact age...anywhere from mid century to fairly contemporary, I'd guess.

This delightful little canine is a gold tone metal with a wonderful brushed florentine finish. Oozing with character and personality, this pup's head is on a swivel and moves from side to side. He has equally interesting details from his short squatty legs to the little buckle on his dog collar.

In excellent mint to near mint condition, this piece is all original, functional and free of damage or repair.
