This is a great two piece service pin advertising Avon health and beauty products. Marked "10K", the larger of the pins is also stamped "Balfour" and on the front is a large "A" which is encrusted with seed pearls. It reads: "AVON HIGHEST HONOR". The two pins are attached by a delicate little chain, the larger one measuring about 5/8" in diamter, the smaller one about 3/8" in diameter. The small pin has a nice star with a little round faceted diamond set into it. Though untested, I feel confident that it is indeed a genuine precious stone.
The miniature pins would be nice on a tie or as a lapel pin and and are a nice heavy weight (about 6 grams) and in impeccable mint to near mint condition.
