Simply wonderful antique dressclip, circa 1930s, art deco era, Victorian Revival. Potmetal setting with a round porcelain insert. Lovely scenic design of a Renaissance lovers' scene. Measures about 2.5" by 2".

Scene shows a man playing violin for a woman who is holding a book (music?) in her lap. Porcelain is held in with prongs, looks hand painted but appears to be a decal.

I've never had a piece quite like this before. It's complete, original, free of damage or repair and perfect for a collector who is looking for something different. No reserve!
