VERY UNSUAL and RARE! Natural woven straw widebrim hat with attached peach or pale pink cotton attached scarf that gives it a definitive Audrey hepburn appeal! Dating to the 1940s or 50s, the hat is about 15" in diameter with a 4.5" wide brim. The inside circumference is about 19" around with a tag that says "adjustable" on it. It is made to fit high on the crown of the head and would fit a small to medium woman's head.
The hat has a lovely woven design with a matching cotton band the same color as the scarf. it is in EXCELLENT condition, no damage, no repair, even the scarf is in pretty clean condition, though it has some minimal soiling from storage...nothing detracting or devaluing. A really cool and wonderful hat! |
