Straight from a local collection comes this sleek miniature perfume bottle. Dating back to the 1930s or 40s. It measures approximately 2 1/8" by 2"...almost round, but not quite. It's narrow and has a disc shape, fitting easily into a pocket or pouch. The sweet little bottle is glass with a brs cover. Sleek lines make art deco style, though art moderne or reto era is also appropriate. One half of the brass comes off to reveal the glass bottle within, and a little crystal stopper fits nicely inside. The bottom of the bottle is marked as follows: US DES PAT 105298 The top is marked "MARY DUNHILL This is a very nice piece in good condition..no damage, no repair.

| The brass is tarnished, though it could be easily polished if desired, and other than some minor unnoticeable dings, I'd call it near perfect. |
