Apprx size 10, top is about 5/8" diameter, from my personal collection. Coin looks like an ancient Roman or Greek design, and the back of the coin has a design as well. This may very well have been made from an actual coin, but I'm unsure. I welcome any information on this.
Ring is stamped sterling silver on the inside of the shank, looks to date to the early to mid 1900s.
Superb construction, lovely patina, splendid raised relief design of a man's profile, excellent condition.
