From my personal collection, solid wood box, art deco era or slightly later, circa early to mid 1900s, 10 5/8" wide, 6 3/4" deep, 4 1/2" tall.
Box is hinged, either carved or pressed design with a paper scenic piece at the top. Small lucite handle on the front, nice little feet and side handles. Inside of the box lid has a hand written signature of a previous owner.

Box is in fair vintage condition. Shows some wear, print on top is slightly worn, box has some scratches as illustrated, and there is a split across the bottom piece. With a little TLC this can be restored, or you can enjoy it as it is...it is still quite lovely as it is. Priced accordingly and sold as found. |
