Purchased in an open air market in Paris France many years ago, measures about 9" tall and 8.25" wide, white marble base and a round pink marble body, circa early to mid 1900s, screaming art deco geometric lines. Quite pretty.
Sold as found, NOT working, never tried to get it fixed, I have only used it as display. Base is lose, has minimal nicks at the bottom but nothing detracting.

At the border of the pink marble, below the "4" and "5" and the "8" and "7" are little white places where something may have originally been attached. I am unsure of what.
Sold as found, as a display only, not a working clock. I know it can either be fixed or a quartz movement be installed if you want it as a time piece.
Priced accordingly, these kinds of clocks sell for $250-$400 at stores, even in non-working condition. |
