I would believe that this is late 1800's. There are two prongs that have a barley twist pattern, pretty open work on the top. The stones are very roughly faceted, most likely rock crystal there are five stones missing out of twenty five.
A small place on the side could be soldered if you feel it needs to.
Where the top meets the prongs on the back there appears to be the intials HR, one on each side, or maybe I am just seeing things. Thank you for looking!
