Pretty and collectible porcelain keepsake,trinket box.
The sides have a pattern of rose's daffodils, thistles and clover leaves, marked Canterbury in the center with a shield, crown, lion and birds, underneath this is a ribbon that is marked Ave Mater Anglia.
The inside of the lid has a description, please see photo.
Underneath the box marked (1950's mark)Brentleigh Ware, Staffordshire, England also an under glazed mark, Balmoral.
