This is a mint condition mail order brochure, on thick glossy paper. It is for the New Mark 3, 45 caliber, high performance, semi-automatic rifle. This gun was developed for law enforcement but gained popularity with private citizens. It was manufactured in Knoxville Tenn. 1000 FPS, 8 LBS and all other specific information on this gun as well as the Mark I, II and IV converter kits. Includes accessories up to a 90 shot clip, grips, cases and more. It is from the early 1960’s. Great Brochure For The Gun Collector!!

This 32 page booklet is a 4-color guide with all pages printed on high-gloss photographic paper. There are 65 brilliantly colored photos of the Hearst Castle and all of the other buildings, art and possessions on The Hearst San Simeon Estate which was nicknamed by William Randall Hearst "The Enchanted Hill". Photos show the interior and exteriors of the 3 guest houses, The main house ‘La Casa Grande, priceless statues, architecture, paintings and furnishings and much more. George Hearst (William’s Randolph’s Father) amassed a fortune in mining and began developing the estate on 275,000 acres in 1865. After his death in 1891 his wife Phoebe and later William began expanding the complex with pools, terraces, houses, offices and the largest private zoo in the world. After William died in 1857 it was willed to the state of California and this brochure was one of the first guides printed after it opened to the public for tours in 1958. Inner cover has a biography of George Hearst and later his son. This booklet is in good condition.

This is a like new copy of Oklahoma’s theatre brochure from the 1984 Louis C. Goad Memorial Concert. It also has the flyer that was passed out as well as the original brochure. It starred John Davidson and Sandy Burnard. Other cast featured were; Carol Dilley, Anne Russell, James Harwood, Kenneth Kantor, Robert Ray and Bruce Alder. It was directed and staged by Gemze De Lappe and based on original choreography by Agnes De Mille.

This great little booklet is featuring the 1996 Heirloom Collection. It has some water damage that had caused the ends of pages to stick together. Some of the items featured are Capodimonte floral plates, Hooray for Hollywood plates such as Dog Tired, Thunderball, John Wayne, The Call of the Wild series, Heroes One and All, Soaring Spirit of America and many more. I have pulled them apart but it hasn’t affected typed material or pictures. This is a great little reference guide.
