This indexed, 446 page cookbook has nice, large, dark print and is perfect for those who have to keep their reading glasses handy when they cook, or for anyone who has messed up a recipe by mis-reading the tiny type and used the wrong measurements.
The author claims the tested recipes in the book were selected from the best that have appeared in the New York Times, ranging from simple to exotic. The hardcover book has no dust jacket and some very slight edge and corner wear to the cloth cover, otherwise it's in excellent condition with no tears, writing, or stains.
