Franciscan El Patio Individual Casserole, Turquoise, Yellow Or Redwood
El Patio was Gladding McBean's first line of dinnerware, produced in 1934, before the company adopted the Franciscan trade name. These skillet shaped long handled bowls are individual casseroles. They are 5-1/4" diameter by just under 2" deep by 9" long from rim to handle. There are no lids. I have four: one in Redwood brown, one in bright Glossy Yellow, and two in Turquoise or Glacial Blue.
The casseroles are in excellent condition with no damage or crazing. The Redwood and one Turquoise have the oval GMcB mark, the company's earliest backstamp. The other two have a 1940s Franciscan Ware mark. Price is per casserole, please specify color choice.
