Hand Painted Magenta Stylized Rose Urn Lamp Base
This classic urn shaped ceramic lamp bases is one of the prettiest, most visually appealing I've ever seen. It has a hand painted stylized rose in the center, outlined in gold. The body is off-white, the foot and neck are a lovely shade of purple magenta luster. The scrolly double handles are trimmed in gold.
The base is not wired or fitted with a socket. but it's easy enough to buy a lamp components kit at any home improvement or hardware store. It stands a little over 13" tall and is 5" diameter at the base by about 7" wide at the handle wings. There are no chips, cracks, flakes, crazing or other damage. There is some wear to the gold trim at the handles, and the glaze has some intentional color variations and shading that may give the appearance of wear and age at first glance. The handles are glazed that way too, so it's difficult to tell whether the gold wear is real or made to look that way. The heavy urn base is marked only with the letter B impressed inside.

Pink Roses Ruffled Glass Lamp Shade and Ceiling Light Fixture
This pretty hand painted ruffled glass lamp shade globe comes with a plain brass colored ceiling light fixture and cap mount but it can be used in a floor or table lamp as well. It's white milk glass but the outside is entirely tinted pale pink. Sprays of pink roses and rosebuds with green leaves decorate the outside center below the crimped rim. The shade is 5" high by 7" diameter at the top. The fitter opening at the bottom is 4-7/8" on the outside, 3-7/16" on the inside. It fits fine in the 4" diameter metal fixture shown.
The very bottom rim has typical but very slight roughness - glassmakers didn't usually bother finishing the bottoms of shades like this because the edges are never seen. No chips, cracks, flakes, or other damage.

Kron Siamese Cats Ceramic TV Lamp
A classic Eames era ceramic TV lamp in the form of a mother Siamese cat with her kitten by Kron, made in Texas in the 1950s. The cats' eyes are cut out so they glow when the lamp is turned on by means of a switch at the side back. It's 13-1/4" tall by about 9" wide. The lamp works fine as you can see, with no chips or flakes, no cord damage. There is some crazing at the back of the lamp, none is visible from the front side.

Fancy Crystal 8 Arm Chandelier Dripping With Prisms
Beautiful mid-century crystal chandelier with eight arms and nine lights, about 2 feet diameter by over 18" tall (not including the bottom faceted ball prism). The curved glass arms are studded with crystal rosettes and there are three tiers (16 lengths) of beaded crystal prism chain draped between the upper, center, and lower arm points. The eleven cupped bobeches have a scalloped thumbprint pattern (I think there may have been twelve originally, but there isn't one surrounding the lower base as there is on the one above).
There are 70 individual faceted drop crystal prisms in two shapes (teardrop and arrowhead or leaf shaped) and three sizes plus the round center ball. It appears two or three of the smallest size are missing, though you'd be hard pressed to notice where. I also counted three missing rosettes, again you'll never miss them unless you count, there are too many and the missing ones are in very inconspicuous places. The chandelier lights up fine and comes with a matching gold colored ceiling cap and length of heavy, decorative gold chain.
Circa: 1950s - 1960s

Arts and Crafts Copper and Cast Iron Double Electric Wall Sconce Light Fixture
A double sconce electric light fixture from the Arts and Crafts era in copper with cast iron underframes. There's a cast iron medallion at the center (attached by a screw and removable), and a painted iron trefoil decoration at the front. The red, green and gold paint looks original.
The ruffled edge copper back panel is 5" diameter by 10" across the front and the sconces extend 6-1/2" from the wall. The lights work by means of pull chains beneath the copper cups. The old cloth covered wiring is original. The iron cross bar at the front swivels a bit, which is why some of my photos make the sconce look unbalanced - it is not. The fixture is being sold as found, in good cosmetic and structural condition but with the original layers of paint around the edges and in need of rewiring.

Fenton Opaque Blue Glass Barber Bottle Table Lamp
This lovely opaque blue milk glass lamp was made by Fenton for the Edward Paul Company in the 1940s. The same lamp base in a different color is shown on the cover of the book "Fenton Glass Made for Other Companies".
The lamp is 11-1/2" tall to the top of the socket and is mounted on a plain wood base. It looks like it was re-wired with a more modern cord but the brown Bakelite plug is the old fashioned, non-polarized type. The cord has no damage and the lamp works fine. The barber bottle style lamp base is in excellent condition with no chips or flakes.

Craftsman Hammered Copper Electric Table Lamp
This Mission Arts and Crafts style copper desk or table lamp was made by the former Craftsman Studios of Los Angeles and Laguna Beach California, under their Craftsmen Inc. mark. It's a hurricane style electric lamp with glass chimney, crimped and hammered dome copper base with handle, and copper shade,
The lamp is about 10" tall to the top of the chimney by 8" diameter at the base. It has an antique silk wrapped cord with a brown Bakelite plug. The silk threads on the cord are frayed but the lamp does work. It looks as though the socket was replaced by a non-professional who did not update the wiring at the same time and I recommend rewiring for safety. The base and shade have a few dark tarnish spots and some uneven patina but there are no dents or dings. The base is marked on the underside with the hammer and anvil logo Craftsmen Inc. Hand Made and numbered 136.

Manufacturer: Craftsmen Craftsman Studios

Napco Gold Pixie Night Light Unused in Original Box
These cute retro 1960s ceramic pixie elf nite lite lamps come in their original boxes with original tissue wrappings, never used except to test the lights. Just 4" tall, they have amber glass eyes and red glass medallions on their chests that glow when the light is turned on. The backs have a gold and red foil sticker on the back that read Napcoware Import Japan. There's an on/off switch mounted on the cord. Two are available, price is for each. The lamps have never been used, but the cold paint used on the pixies' faces has started to flake from age and storage, exposing the glazed pottery underneath. You can see this clearly in the pictures.
Circa: 1960s

Manufacturer: Napco National Potteries Co.

Kitschy Gondola TV Lamp with Glass Flowers
A super retro 1950s TV lamp with a black pottery gondola boat base filled with glass flowers. The gondola is 12" long and is not marked. The flowers are all real glass, not resin, wired together with silk-wrapped stems. None are chipped but the big ruffled yellow flower surrounding the light bulb has one petal loose due to a broken wire, it's just sitting inside among the others and looks natural. The lamp needs rewiring - I didn't test it as the cord is very brittle and cracked in a number of places, and there's some electrical tape at the base of the plug covering exposed wires. Well worth the small effort to rewire though, it's quite a scarce example of kitschy fifties TV lamps.

Ceramic Small Table or Boudoir Lamp Handled Urn with Flowers
A small, boudoir-sized version of the classic 1940s double handled urn style pottery lamp, decorated with a wildflowers bouquet decal and gold trim. It's just 11-3/4" to the top of the socket.
The lamp has some crazing but no chips, flakes, or cracks, and it works just fine. It still has its original wiring with white cord and old fashioned, non-polarized plug. There is just the base, it doesn't come with a shade. Feminine and pretty, it would look nice in a shabby chic bedroom, on your vanity, or on your writing table.
