1950s Betty Betz My Platter Box Records Case With Contents
This 1950s vinyl records storage case labeled "My Platter Box" has terrific retro artwork of teens dancing and spinning records and is signed by Betty Betz. The record box has some condition issues. The side closure strap is very worn with missing vinyl and the snap is gone. One side of the hinged spine is split, with only the inner cloth covering holding it in place.
Inside the box are 18 vintage records, most without sleeves. Two are 78s featuring Doris Day and Tony Bennett. The smaller records (mostly 45rpm with two small 78s) are all children's songs and stories, including several Christmas records like Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Condition of the records varies, some are very good, some have damage and wear. Price is for the whole lot, box and records.
