This vintage Ebleskiver Iron (their spelling) is heavy cast aluminum, 9-1/2 inches diameter and 15 inches long including the ribbed heavy black plastic handle. It has seven openings for Danish apple pancake balls. The back is marked "Mfg. By Northland Aluminum Products Inc. Minneapolis Minn.". Northland Aluminum is now known as Nordic Ware. The pan is spotlessly clean and shiny, looks like it was barely if at all used.
