The highlight of this small lot of Victorian ephemera is the silk fringed birthday card. It's about 5 by 3-3/4 inches, one side printed with a young lady in a flower-wheeled carriage, escorted and driven by six gnomes. The other side depicts little gnomes filling a big basket of fruit and flowers. The card is unsigned and in excellent condition aside from a small piece of double-sided tape on the upper back fringe.
The Victorian bookmark is celluloid over silk ribbon with hand painted purple flowers. There is some soiling and crushing to the fringe. A cutout scene birthday card dated 1942 is also included as a bonus.
