This is the rare 10 ounce paneled water stem in the topaz yellow Jubilee pattern (cut number 1200) by Lancaster Glass from the early 1930s Depression era. The goblet is 7-1/2 inches high by 3-1/4" diameter. I have two, each in virtually perfect condition with no damage, cloudiness, scratches, or problems of any kind. Priced significantly below the book value of $160 per stem - a major online replacement service charges even more. Price is per goblet.
