This sweet and hard to find 1940s figural vintage Christmas candle boxed set by Tavern Novelty Candles is titled Nativity Set by the Makers of Tavern Candles. It's complete with Joseph, Mary, Baby Jesus, two lambs, two pillar candles, and a star shape candle holder.
The candles have never been lit and are in very excellent, clean condition, There's a little fading to the blue of Mary's scarf, otherwise the paint is very good. The box has a small tear to one inner flap, otherwise it's in intact and in very good condition.
