Very Good Condition. Popular edition complete set of 10. Vol. 1: Fairy Tales and Fables, cover is red with dark blue lettering. Vol. 2: Stories of Wonder and Magic, cover is green with blue lettering. Vol. 3: Myths and legends, cover is royal blue with black lettering. Vol. 4: Hero tales, cover is orange with black lettering. Vol. 5: Stories That Never Grow Old, cover is a ligth blue-gray with dark blue lettering. Vol. 6:Stories about Boys and Girls, cover is orange with dark blue lettering. Vol. 7: The Animal Book, cover is green. Vol. 8: Stories From History, cover is brown. Vol. 9: Sport and Adventrue, cover is blue with black lettering. Vol 10:Poetry Reading Guide and Indexes, orange cover. Books were from public library so do have the library codes on the spine, and 2 have been tape on the spine (Vol 10 and Vol 5). Vol. 10 has wear on the edges. All other books are in great condition and spines are tight. Could use some cleaning.

Fish Cookery of North America
If you wanted to find out how to cook any fish located in any area of North America, here is the book. Written by Frances MacIlquaham, copyrighted in 1974. First part of the book shows "Campfire Fish Cookery" where it shows how to even make chowder over the campfire. Then there is a section on "Fish and How to Cook it". My favorite is "Species and Specialites". Within this section there is recipes on how to cook puffer fish, skates and even some common fish such as salmon. The book is 300 pages long and has great recipes not to mention facts on every fish you can imagine. Book cover is a little tore, but still in good shape. Book is in excellent shape.

A book written by Lieut.. General E.L.M. Burns who worked for the U.N. from August 1954 until November 1956 as Chief of Staff. This is a reprint from 1962 by special arrangement by the Institute For Palestine Studies, Beirut 1969. Book is 336 pages long. Has some wonderful pictures. There is an inscriptiong in the front cover, and a water mark in the front as if a glass was put on top of the book, otherwise in excellent shape.

Left top of the book has part of the cover missing on front and back, otherwise pages and cover are in great shape. I think it was stored where it was damp. Staples are rusted. This is number 618, 1955.

I remember these when I was little. Great way to teach children about different places in the world. Each book had stickers that you put within the book. Wonderful graphics and colorful pictures. The places that are within this set is: Venezuela, Argentina, Bolivia, Germany, Thailand, Russia, Five Little Countries of Europe ( Liechetenstein, San Marino, Luxembourg, Andorra), Ireland Bahamas, Peru, Canada, Alaska, Surinam, Scandianavian Countries, Lesser antilles, Burma, Haiti, New Zealand,Belgian Congo, Belguim, Chile, Israel (stickers are not attached to the book, but are in book), and Virgin Islands (stickers are not attached to the book, but are in book). There are also 4 National Audubon Society Books: Flowering Tropical Trees, Nature Program-Tracks and Trails, Fishes of the Shallow sea, and In The Arctic. The Containers are not in very good shape, but each book is in excellent shape. Copyrights from 1958 to 1960.
