Intriguing shot of an older man playing a snare drum next to a lake in Vermont. Probably about 1890 or so, so he could possibly have been a drummer boy in the Civil War, which was about 35 years previous to the photo. The image is nice and sharp. Size 4.25" x 6.5". Photographer: Kingsley, Bristol, Vermont. Both the image and card mount are in excellent condition. There are some tiny scratches on the image in a few spots, but it looks like it was protected in an album.
