CLICK THE IMAGE TO SEE THE ENTIRE PHOTO. This is an extraordinary photograph of what appears to be the turn of the century equivalent of a Tupperware party. The women are all holding different household wares and are all in a festive mood. There are two men in the photo. The charming young guy is in the middle of all the ladies, while an older man is off to the side.
The array of items is great and we have included closeups to show them. Pots, pans, tins, mashers, rolling pins, chamber pots, brooms, etc. All the stuff our grandmothers used, but here it's all still brand new.

Of particular interest is a lady in the back row, second from right. She is wearing a cooking pot like a hat.
No photographer ID. Size: Photo is 4 3/4" x 6 3/4". Card mount is 8" x 10".
Condition of the photo itself is excellent. The card mount has modest edge wear and is missing a part of bottom right corner. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE GEM. |
