A rare pair of original 1930’s lithograph posters by Frank Mason, one of the masters of British Rail posters in the 1930’s. These were two posters from a series of six on East Coast Craft. They have Mason’s classic style and color palette. One poster is for travel to Scotland, the other to Yorkshire.

Each poster celebrates a specific kind of sailing craft used along the East coast of England.
Mason’s work is highly prized and it is rare to find a pair from the same series. They both have excellent collector value, but as a pair they offer superb decorative value as well.
Size of each is: 28" x 40". Condition overall is excellent. The Yorkshire poster has a small repair at top right. Professionally backed with linen. Priced as a pair.
