Superb image on a 1/6 plate (2 1/2" x 3 1/2"). Dates from the Civil War period. Note the little tin buckets the child is holding. We can’t quite read the badge on his cap. Condition is good. There is a bend upper left and you can also see a white streak across the man’s chest.
