Great looking man with walrus mustache. I don’t know if he is a railroad man or a fire chief or something else. His cap badge says "CHIEF ENGINEER." He’s wearing a medal, but can’t quite make out what it says. The right side of the medal looks like a CA-N.. maybe CAPN for Captain. Photographer ID: M.C.P.
